Version 2026-04-terms-v1
Terms and Conditions
These Terms explain how SecondGo may be used for private study practice. If you do not agree, do not upload content or use the protected parts of the service.
Copyright and ownership
Exam questions, worksheets, platform screenshots, answer explanations, and other uploaded materials may belong to their original author, publisher, school, exam provider, tutor, or online platform. Copyright and other rights remain with the original rights holder. Uploading content to SecondGo does not transfer ownership to SecondGo, and it does not give you rights you did not already have.
Your limited licence to SecondGo
When you upload content, you give SecondGo a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, extract, display, format, and create practice materials from that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and support the service for you and your family. This licence includes allowing our service providers, such as hosting, authentication, storage, payment, and AI processing providers, to process the content for those purposes.
Private study use only
SecondGo is intended for personal, household educational practice, such as helping a child review incorrect answers. You must not use SecondGo to redistribute, republish, sell, share publicly, sublicense, scrape, bulk upload, compile, or create a question bank from third-party content. You must not use SecondGo to avoid or breach another platform's terms, copyright notices, download limits, or access controls.
Your promises and responsibility
You are responsible for the content you upload and what you do with materials generated from it. You promise that you own the content, have permission from the rights holder, or otherwise have a lawful basis to upload and use it in SecondGo. If you misuse SecondGo to infringe copyright, breach another platform's terms, or redistribute third-party questions, you are responsible for that behaviour and any resulting claims.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate SecondGo for losses, costs, and claims caused by your breach of these Terms, unlawful use of uploaded content, deliberate misuse of the service, or redistribution of third-party content.
No public question bank
SecondGo does not give you permission to publish or share third-party questions. We do not knowingly operate a public question bank of copyrighted third-party exam content, and we may remove, restrict, or disable content that appears to breach these Terms or another person's rights.
Takedown and repeat infringement
Rights holders can send a takedown request if they believe content uploaded to SecondGo infringes their rights. We may remove or restrict access to content while we review a request. We may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts for repeated, serious, or deliberate infringement. We are not required to monitor every upload before it is processed.
AI extraction and learning content
SecondGo uses AI to extract question text, answer options, marked answers, and subject information from uploaded images. AI extraction may be incomplete or wrong. You should review extracted content before relying on it for study, printing, or practice.
No affiliation with exam platforms
Unless we say otherwise, SecondGo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any exam provider, tutoring platform, school, publisher, or online test platform whose content a user uploads.
Privacy and Australian Consumer Law
Our Privacy Policy explains how uploaded images, question data, account data, billing data, and AI processing are handled. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified. Any limitation of liability in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by law.
